I went to NTUC Dover last night looking for Kong Guan biscuit as
advetised on newspaer, but I could not find it. So I approached one
of
the Singaporean Cashier whose counter was closed for accounting
check.
She was kind to offer helping me to find the item as she had just
finished her regular checking. The supervisor was next to her at that
time.
But then this supervisor by the name FE ordered the cashier to open
the counter and sent one of the 3 cusotmers who were queuing at the
other counter. She purposely did it so that the Singaporean Cashier
cannot do one of the custmer service to help people like me.
Why NTUC hired this kind of foreign worker as supervisor to rule over
our own local workers who can peform much better customer service?
Why NTUC hired this kind of fucker to bully the old man thinking that
we do not deserved the customer service?
If she cannot understand our conversation using local Singlish, she
certainaly do not deserve to be a supervisor post to confuse the
entire
customer services.
