According to the revelation in Horizon Tower Court case, the full list
of ownerships in Dragon Court En Bloc sale was not submitted to Govt
during application. The full list was only presented upon request, and
they realsied some of the owners are in fact the En Bloc Sales project

Assumming initial loan to buy properties = 500K per unit,
En Bloc Sales payment (loan from bank) =1200K per unit.
Net Amount pocketed from bank loans = 1200k - 500k = 700K per unit.

Smart evil right? And All Singaporean house buyers have to pay for
their fucking evil dirty tricks!!

Indonesian Tycoons are good at this kind of dirty money games.
They have started doing it since 2003/4. HGovt should allow
Extradiction Law to pass without conditions to send them back to
